Kidney problems really are a good deal more of a pain in all senses of the word than most people know.

Some of my brain particles are draped from the monitor howling with laughter, some fell on the keyboard rolling all over my desk laughing their bloody asses off.
I'll just sweep this mess up and pack it back in there, wrap a scarf around, knowing from experience from having it happen here many times before, that there will be giggles erupting from my brain particles for a while. And people will stare.
